Purchases and Pro membership

• Restore a purchase: open the Pro paywall in the App and tap "Restore Purchases". Pro is tied to the Apple ID you bought it with.
• Manage or cancel a subscription: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends.
• Refunds: payments are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com (choose "I did not mean to purchase" or "Request a refund"). If you were charged by mistake, email us as well and we will help with the process.

Steps and Apple Health

• StepForest reads steps and distance from Apple Health and your device motion sensor. If numbers look wrong or empty, check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → StepForest is allowed to read Steps and Walking + Running Distance.
• The App never writes data to Apple Health, so your health data stays exactly as your other apps recorded it.
• You can pull to refresh, or reopen the App, to re-read the latest records.

Your data

• Delete your data or a legacy account: the current app does not offer account registration or sign-in. Email us to request deletion of an account created in an earlier version or other personal data. After verification, we delete or anonymize applicable account details, server-side activity records, avatars and feedback attachments under the Privacy Policy.
• Turn off Product analytics: open Privacy & Data in the app and turn off Product analytics. Analytics and Health syncing are separate choices. Turning analytics off does not prevent step counting, Green Space, purchases or viewing existing records. Email us to request deletion of associated analytics data.
